Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not provide free return shipping labels.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Gift cards
Downloadable or digital products
Personalized or customized items
Products marked as non-returnable

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees on approved returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard return process outlined in this policy.
